Getting started
Open Snapisodes, allow access to photos and videos and start an episode on the home screen, for example “Holiday in Croatia”. Then shoot with your usual camera; every new photo joins the episode. Tap the microphone on a photo to add a comment by voice.
A new phone
Episodes and comments are included in the Android backup of your phone (Settings → Google → Backup; on Samsung Settings → Accounts and backup). In the app you can also back up to a file in Downloads/Snapisodes and restore it on the new phone under Settings → Backup → Restore from file.
Temporary photos
Tap the small Temporary button next to the camera button. The photo opens right away so you can zoom in. It is never in the gallery or a cloud backup and is deleted after the time set in Settings → Temporary photos. Use Save to gallery to keep one.
Deleting from OneDrive too (Pro)
In Settings → Delete from OneDrive too, connect your Microsoft account and check the folder with your camera uploads. Photos you delete in Snapisodes then wait in a list and go to the OneDrive recycle bin after the waiting period. Restoring a photo from the phone's trash cancels it.
Pro purchase
Pro is a one-time purchase on Google Play, linked to your Google account. On a new phone it comes back by itself; if not, open Settings → Snapisodes Pro → Restore purchase.
